Here are 2 recipes I received along with the coupons.

Flatout Flatbread Pear, Gorgonzola & Ham Pizza

1 Flatout Light Italian Flatbread
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 oz. ham, cut into pieces
1/2 pear, cut into round slices
1/4 c crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1/2 c mozzarella cheese
1/4 c chopped green leaf lettuce

Lightly coat both sides of Flatout with olive oil & bake in 350 degree oven directly on rack for 7 minutes. Remove Flatout from oven, top with cheeses, ham & pear. Return to oven, cook until cheese melts, approx. 5 minutes. Remove & top with greens. Cut into pieces & enjoy.


Mascarpone Dip with Basil Blackberries

1/3 c balsamic vinegar
1 tsp light brown sugar
1 - 6oz. package Driscoll's Blackberries
2 tbsp thinly sliced basil leaves
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
large pinch of fleur de sel or other flaky salt
1 container (8 to 8.8 oz.) mascarpone cheese
crackers for serving

Bring vinegar and brown sugar to a boil in a nonreactive small saucepan over high heat. Boil until reduced to 2 tablespoons. Pour into a medium bowl. Let cool. Gently stir in blackberries, basil, pepper & salt. Fill a bowl with hot water. Dip bottom of the mascarpone container in the hot water for about 5 seconds. Using a rubber spatula, unmold mascarpone onto a serving platter. Spoon blackberry mixture over mascarpone, being sure to scrape all juices out of the bowl, and letting berries fall randomly. Serve with crackers.
